Clinical Observation of Rhinocort Effects on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract

|
Beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP) has been already known for the substance ´ having an efficacy on. allergic Rhinitis since it was developed as topical synthetic corticosteroids which have little systemic activity and also has prominent local anti-inflammatory activity.
Through this study, we were-able to confirm- not only BDP 100,?g/day of Rhinocort; mixed powder preparation of BDP and adhesive base, Hydroxypropylcellulose has the same effect as BDP 400 ?g/day of the existing BDP inhalation preparation on perennial allergic Rhinitis but it has less side-effect.
